Polyadic is a networked drum sequencer interface designed to research collaborative music making. All prototypes operate in both desktop mode and VR mode (HTC Vive). The interface explores the constraints of collaborative viewpoint and temporality, inspired by current practice and workflows. The research looks to uncover key design factors for professional music technology in spatial media.
